Börje Brun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Peder Frisk made a huge save. Isac Spets hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tom Fridlund in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Andberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Frank Mikaelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Frisk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Ove Sander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Peder Frisk made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, FiascoAlabama's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Mikaelsson came free, but Peder Frisk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Sander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

56 minutes into the match, FiascoAlabama's Tom Fridlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Andberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 57 minutes OTAB UA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lennart Klemensson who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FiascoAlabama's Lennart Klemensson to fire away a dangerous shot which Arne Andberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 66th minute, one of FiascoAlabama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FiascoAlabama. 73 minutes into the match, FiascoAlabama's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Mikaelsson came free, but Peder Frisk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of OTAB UA booed when FiascoAlabama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Klemensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Hammarberg struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Peder Frisk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OTAB UA. Peder Frisk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pirro Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Peder Frisk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Sander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FiascoAlabama's Peder Frisk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ove Sander in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, OTAB UA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Gabrielsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Lennart Klemensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes, Börje Brun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OTAB UA and the FiascoAlabama players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to OTAB UA getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Börje Brun hit a great ball.
