Laurence Stas started the match with the kick off. 11 minutes into the match, Hille IF's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Emil Wästerberg came free, but Zé Paulo Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dênis Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Zé Paulo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Iordache Mândrilă managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Hille IF's Fredrik Käcker fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the match, Dênis Pirani notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hille IF's Zé Paulo Messias. Zé Paulo Messias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé Paulo Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Emil Wästerberg in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Kent Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Nils-Emil Wästerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Davids divor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Emil Wästerberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Otto Säfström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Hille IF's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Emil Wästerberg came free, but Zé Paulo Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kent Magnusson came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Davids divor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Magnusson couldn't finish the play. Nils-Emil Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Messias having to interfere. Iordache Mândrilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurence Stas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dênis Pirani was the one to do the kick off. Fredrik Käcker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Mândrilă having to interfere. Davids divor's Iordache Mândrilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Käcker in the 60th minute of play. Iordache Mândrilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurence Stas in the 61st minute of the match. Hille IF's Zé Paulo Messias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Hille IF from getting a goal against them. If Dênis Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Levander lost his temper 79 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Davids divor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hille IF:s goal. Davids divor:s Iordache Mândrilă showed great skill when he stopped Fredrik Käcker:s penalty. After having played for 89 minutes, Dênis Pirani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Davids divor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dênis Pirani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hille IF's zone, Germano Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Messias came out of the goal and Germano Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaspar Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. A collision led to Davids divor getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Nils-Emil Wästerberg hit a great ball. When the match was over Davids divor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hille IF throughout the match.
