Konrad Björklund hit a great ball. Ragnar Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Söderström in the 8th minute of the match. Elliott Söderquist kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 12 minutes Boden's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaudencio Stanislao who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gaudencio Stanislao got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ragnar Ström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13th minute, Nils-Emil Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, Gnesta Oilers's Gaudencio Stanislao shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ragnar Ström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gnesta Oilers reached it. Patrick Eliasson was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Nils-Emil Ros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nils-Emil Ros really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gnesta Oilers's Ludvig Söderlund was substituted for Bengt-Arne Lindqvist. After a rather tough play, Boden's Thor Sjöberg got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Veliz in the 29th minute of play forced Boden's goalkeeper Ragnar Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boden's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaudencio Stanislao was slow to take the kick. During this time Gnesta Oilers's players had a chance to rest. After 34 minutes of play, Gnesta Oilers's Alejo Veliz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ragnar Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! John Dahlquist hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Björklund in the 40th minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Patrick Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Emil Ross short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Patrick Eliasson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gaudencio Stanislao made a great header on Gnesta Oilers's corner, it was just that Boden's Ragnar Ström managed to reach the ball for a save. Alejo Veliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ragnar Ström having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Ove Söderström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Karl-Ove Söderström took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Ragnar Ström to make any attempt to save it. Alejo Veliz scored 1-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ragnar Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ragnar Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Söderström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ragnar Ström managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Gnesta Oilers's Alejo Veliz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Gnesta Oilers booed when Boden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gnesta Oilers made a substitution. Alfred Liljeström replaced Claes Thidén. After 67 played minutes Boden got a freekick which was hit by Thor Sjöberg. Ragnar Ström stood somewhat misplaced when Alejo Veliz came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 72 minute. In the 77th minute, Alejo Veliz made a precise shot to the right of Ragnar Ström. Boden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. In the 80th match minute, Boden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Nils-Emil Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejo Veliz scored 1-6 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ragnar Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejo Veliz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ragnar Ström made a huge save.
