In the 13thth minute of the game Timmy Friberger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hille IF's Zé Paulo Messias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Anders Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Björkö BK's goalkeeper Mariusz Zdeb had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredrik Käcker. Mariusz Zdeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurence Stas, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mariusz Zdeb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurence Stas in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Friberger in the 35th minute of play forced Hille IF's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Brian Nyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariusz Zdeb. Björkö BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Nyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Björkö BK's Mariusz Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurence Stas in the 42nd minute of play. Mariusz Zdeb was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fredrik Käcker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timmy Friberger to make the kick off. Elias Strömqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Zé Paulo Messias made a huge save. Zé Paulo Messias made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Elias Strömqvist sent off a good shot on target. Jakub Kornecki kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Mariusz Zdeb came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Hille IF's Laurence Stas. But to his dismay, Laurence Stas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 60th match minute, Björkö BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Hille IF's Laurence Stas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariusz Zdeb narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Anders Lundin fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Björkö BK's protests and gave Anders Lundin a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Björkö BK got a freekick which was hit by Anders Lundin. With an all-out effort, Björkö BK's Zé Paulo Messias threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Timmy Friberger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mariusz Zdeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Laurence Stas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariusz Zdeb was relentless in the 77th minute of the game.
