Elias Strömqvist scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Strömqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gianluigi Buffon made a huge save. Björkö BK were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Kungarna I Stugan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hans Kihlman took the corner. Hans Kihlman made a great header on Björkö BK's corner, it was just that Kungarna I Stugan's Gianluigi Buffon managed to reach the ball for a save. If Gustaf Asplund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Björkö BK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jeferson Melo hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match, Timmy Friberger tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gianluigi Buffon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Björkö BK's Gianluigi Buffon threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Timmy Friberger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anders Lundin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Carl Lindgren came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Kungarna I Stugan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Lindgren couldn't finish the play. If Gustaf Asplund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Timmy Friberger made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Elias Strömqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björkö BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Strömqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gianluigi Buffon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Björkö BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Gustaf Asplund scored to the left of an out of position Mariusz Zdeb, making the score, 1-1. Gianluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Friberger in the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Elias Strömqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björkö BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Strömqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Björkö BK's Timmy Friberger. But to his dismay, Timmy Friberger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Björkö BK made a substitution. Bengt-Åke Fridlund replaced Rutger Jelm. 77 minutes into the match, Björkö BK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Asplund came free, but Mariusz Zdeb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Kungarna I Stugan's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Strömqvist came free, but Gianluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björkö BK's Mariusz Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Asplund in the 82nd minute of play. Timmy Friberger hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Carl Lindgren came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Kungarna I Stugan fans jumped to their feet. Timmy Friberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluigi Buffon having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Jeferson Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaf Asplund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of Kungarna I Stugan's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Kungarna I Stugan may have spent more time on the ball, but Björkö BK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
