Andres Cridland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Holm in the 17th minute of the match. Börje Dahlman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Vattholma Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kenneth Holm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Vattholma Boys's Andres Cridland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenneth Holm in the 43rd minute of play. Andreas Isaksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andres Cridland came out and tried to block the shot, but Andreas Isaksson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Åke Linquist to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Karl-Åke Linquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55thth minute of the game Kenneth Holm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vattholma Boys's Andres Cridland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Roger Strömberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 82nd minute Kenneth Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Cridland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Strömberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albert Henriksson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 87 minute of play. Andres Cridland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Fågelfors IF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vattholma Boys's performance. The match ended with a win for Vattholma Boys.
