Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) Delmiro Sugar made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute Eket IFK were awarded a corner. Inge Granström went to the cornerflag to take it. Eket IFK's Inge Granström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stig-Åke Bennet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 7th minute, Inge Casoliva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eket IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Stig-Åke Bennet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Casoliva, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Stig-Åke Bennet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt-Rune Brogren went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Inge Casoliva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Delmiro Sugar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Stig-Åke Bennet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute, Delmiro Sugar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Vitå booed when Eket IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rio Suprana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Rio Suprana collided with one of Vitå's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. Eket IFK's Christer Sjögren was substituted for Rio Suprana. In the 37th match minute, Vitå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Eket IFK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Casper Stabbe hit a great ball. If Delmiro Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Tholsson was the one to do the kick off. When Per Tholsson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vitå fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per Tholsson couldn't finish the play. Linus Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Tholsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Eket IFK's zone, Per Tholsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Linus Stephansson came out of the goal and Per Tholsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Delmiro Sugar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per Tholsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Inge Casoliva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Delmiro Sugar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Stig-Åke Bennet made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Inge Casoliva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig-Åke Bennet. That made the score 0-6 in the 84 minute of play. Douglas Haström hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Jonatan Hermansson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Eket IFK's Billy Fastesson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 96 minutes into the match, Eket IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tholsson came free, but Linus Stephansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Vitå fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Eket IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
