With an extended leg and a bit of luck Håvard Kristiansen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Håvard Kristiansen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Michael Lundin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Håvard Kristiansen made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Arne Wennerqvist sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the match, FK BSK's goalkeeper Håvard Kristiansen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Wennerqvist. FK BSK's Håvard Kristiansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Lundin in the 30th minute of play. Michael Lundin took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håvard Kristiansen. Håvard Kristiansen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 38th minute, FK BSK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Matteo Tonali fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne Wennerqvist got free with Håvard Kristiansen in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, FK BSK's goalkeeper Håvard Kristiansen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Wennerström. A collision led to Gotham City getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Matteo Tonali hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Sanjin Kodro made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Arne Wennerqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Håvard Kristiansen was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Håvard Kristiansen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Wennerqvist went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Otto Apelquist scored 6-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Håvard Kristiansen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Håvard Kristiansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Lundin in the 68th minute of play. Gotham City's Otto Apelquist suffered a concussion after 68 minutes and had to leave the field. When Sanjin Kodro fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK BSK's protests and gave Sanjin Kodro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, FK BSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanjin Kodro to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Anders Wallman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Ellis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FK BSK's Håvard Kristiansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Lundin in the 92nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Arne Wennerqvist sped through FK BSK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Håvard Kristiansen. When the referee ended the match the Gotham City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
