Sten Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Winström in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Jamm Boss FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Kvist to maneuver through the defense. Jamm Boss FC's Gösta Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Hermansson in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Gösta Lidberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jamm Boss FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 26th minute of the match Blåränderna got a corner. Jamm Boss FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Uno Malmström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gösta Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Apelquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Jens Winström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rolf Apelquist made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Jamm Boss FC's goalkeeper Gösta Fransson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvin Björk. In the 52nd match minute, Jamm Boss FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. Börje Sandberg's late challenge caught a Jamm Boss FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Jens Winström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Olof Frisck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Gösta Lidberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gösta Fransson made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Rolf Apelquist sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolf Apelquist during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jamm Boss FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
