The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaká Junior got free with Eddie Månsson in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th match minute, Team Swestapool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hampus Larsson to maneuver through the defense. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Nord to strike the kick off in the second half. Emil Jespersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Guillen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaká Junior in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eddie Månsson saved Team Swestapool from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Team Swestapool's zone, Arnulfo Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Månsson came out of the goal and Arnulfo Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eddie Månsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Stephansson in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes in the game Anton Hegg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lars-Erik Mellin. Team Swestapool's Eddie Månsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Stephansson in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Joseph Liljeström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 77 minutes, Lars-Erik Mellin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timmernabben FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars-Erik Mellin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
