The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Joelintons F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaud Verhaeghen should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Groth in the 24th minute of play forced Joelintons F.C's goalkeeper Arnaud Verhaeghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaud Verhaeghen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnaud Verhaeghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Zaworski in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of General Orginal booed when Joelintons F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikkel Rygaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaud Verhaeghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Zaworski, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Iwo Zaworski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaud Verhaeghen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 48 minutes into the match, General Orginal's Hjalmar Groth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaud Verhaeghen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Joelintons F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. General Orginal were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hampus Beck to make the kick off. Arnaud Verhaeghen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwo Zaworski in the 51st minute. Robin Deckberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hampus Beck in the 53rd minute of the match. Michel Vennerström replaced Jens-Erik Hägert. 76 minutes into the match, Joelintons F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Zaworski came free, but Arnaud Verhaeghen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joelintons F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Iwo Zaworski scored to the left of an out of position Arnaud Verhaeghen, making the score, 0-8. The Joelintons F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. General Orginal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
