After a rather tough play, Björnlunda IF's Mats Rubarth got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ernst Giöck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Stefan Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Ledochowski in the 12th minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Stefan Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Valkyria's Rune Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvid Åberg in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Björnlunda IF got a corner. FC Valkyria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edvard Hellqvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Björnlunda IF's Edvard Hellqvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Rune Dahlquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC Valkyria's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Wennersten came free, but Rune Dahlquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Dahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Åberg in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Björnlunda IF's Arvid Åberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rune Dahlquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arvid Åberg charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvid Åberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arvid Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Stefan Eklund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Björnlunda IF's Stefan Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Giöck in the 38th minute of play. Stefan Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Giöck in the 44th minute of the match. The FC Valkyria players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Björnlunda IF were winning 0-1.

FC Valkyria's Rune Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvid Åberg in the 52nd minute of play. Zdzislaw Ledochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Valkyria fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Björnlunda IF's Stefan Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Ledochowski in the 65th minute of play. Kurt Norberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefan Eklund having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Arvid Åberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernst Giöck scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Eklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Norberg came free, but Stefan Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kurt Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Kurt Norberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Eklund was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Norberg in the 94th minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Stefan Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Kurt Norberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Valkyria's Rune Dahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save FC Valkyria from getting a goal against them. FC Valkyria were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Björnlunda IF to leave the ground with a draw.
