In the 16th match minute, FC B-Gubbarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Rocker to maneuver through the defense. When Jarl Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Väderstad FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarl Hermansson couldn't finish the play. In the 95th match minute, Väderstad FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC B-Gubbarna lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
