In the 5thth minute of the game Ingemar Bergfeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but B0T Akademin's Boguslaw Winnicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by B0T Akademin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rasmus Säf was slow to take the kick. During this time Vimmerby's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Edmund Broman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Boguslaw Winnicki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lázaro Lorencio made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Eskil Bergström sent off a good shot on target. Boguslaw Winnicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 朱棋俊, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Joel Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Groth's late challenge caught a Vimmerby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikael Groth helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the game, Ingemar Bergfeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Boguslaw Winnicki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute of the match Vimmerby got a corner. B0T Akademin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rasmus Säf ran over to the corner to take the kick. If 朱棋俊 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eskil Bergström was the one to do the kick off. Boguslaw Winnicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by 朱棋俊 in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute, Vimmerby's 朱棋俊 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Folke Eliasson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Rasmus Säf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boguslaw Winnicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ingemar Bergfeldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boguslaw Winnicki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingemar Bergfeldt ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmund Broman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Winnicki having to interfere. When Rasmus Säf came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Vimmerby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasmus Säf couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Vimmerby getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Thomas Nyström hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Martin Hult got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Vimmerby's 朱棋俊 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boguslaw Winnicki. Boguslaw Winnicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Vimmerby's 朱棋俊 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boguslaw Winnicki. That made the score 1-6 after 88 minutes of play. In the 92nd match minute, B0T Akademin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, B0T Akademin's Boguslaw Winnicki got control of the ball when Rasmus Säf tried to sneak it across the goal line. The B0T Akademin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vimmerby were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
