Kent Gunnarsson took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Kvick. Frank Kvick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Oscar Näfver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Kvick. Taraps IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Näfver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 22nd minute, Frans Hedling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frank Kvick was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Frank Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The corner led Terra Scaniae's Joacim Wennerqvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Frank Kvick despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Oscar Näfver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Taraps IF's Sebastian Öberg got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Frank Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Taraps IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Kent Gunnarsson scored to the left of an out of position Frank Kvick, making the score, 0-6. Frank Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Gunnarsson in the 80th minute of play. If Kent Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Terra Scaniae's Kent Gunnarsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frank Kvick. That made the score 0-7 after 86 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Staffan Fribäck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terra Scaniae's supporters rose to their feet, but Staffan Fribäck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Kvick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Terra Scaniae could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Taraps IF throughout the match.
