The audience was convinced that Aladino Torrente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santana Armada was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martijn González got free with Santana Armada in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Dymetadrine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Claus came free, but Ionuț Romulus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, FC Wolves's Birger Åkerberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ionuț Romulus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Santana Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aladino Torrente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celedonio Claus in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ionuț Romulus saved Dymetadrine FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Åkerberg in the 37th minute of play forced Dymetadrine FC's goalkeeper Ionuț Romulus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birger Åkerberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Dymetadrine FC's Ionuț Romulus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnold Tinge in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Åkerberg got free with Ionuț Romulus in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santana Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn González in the 58th minute of the match. Niklas Wennerlund hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ionuț Romulus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Åkerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. FC Wolves's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Markus Golskov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. FC Wolves were furious when Niklas Wennerlund was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 89 minutes into the game, one of FC Wolves:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Markus Golskov walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The FC Wolves supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Wolves would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
