The audience was convinced that Roger Häll's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gusmão Dias was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ümit Karan got free with Gusmão Dias in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquatec FC's Ümit Karan got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristián Monasterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casper Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Buksvinens IF got a corner. Aquatec FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Casper Vallengren ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 34th minute, Andreas Rydberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buksvinens IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cristián Monasterio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Rydberg went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gusmão Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronan Anger, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Cristián Monasterio came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Buksvinens IF's Casper Vallengren. But to his dismay, Casper Vallengren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Häll was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Ahlqvist. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ümit Karan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buksvinens IF's Gusmão Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Leo Beckman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristián Monasterio. That made the score 0-4 in the 54 minute of play. When Roger Häll came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Aquatec FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Häll couldn't finish the play. In the 59thth minute of the game Ümit Karan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buksvinens IF's Gusmão Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gusmão Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Häll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan Anger in the 64th minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Gusmão Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Aquatec FC booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Erik Ahlerot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Adam Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Karan in the 81st minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Gusmão Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristián Monasterio made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Casper Vallengren sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Buksvinens IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
