Torbjörn Hansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Niclas Galle made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Manuel González in the 9th minute of play forced Greveholm FF's goalkeeper Lambis Maragos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Greveholm FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Villegas to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Freddie Rosendahl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lambis Maragos was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. A collision led to CheersIsland FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kevin Hasselqvist hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Vollander in the 16th minute of play forced Greveholm FF's goalkeeper Lambis Maragos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stellan Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Galle having to interfere. Niclas Galle made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Lars-Erik Utter sent off a good shot on target. Greveholm FF's Lambis Maragos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Manuel González in the 21st minute of play. Stellan Vennerkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niclas Galle came out and tried to block the shot, but Stellan Vennerkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. Stellan Vennerkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Niclas Galle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Greveholm FF's Lars-Erik Utter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Lambis Maragos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Manuel González in the 46th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Greveholm FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Salkvist to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose Manuel González to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, CheersIsland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hansson came free, but Niclas Galle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dag Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niclas Galle came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Greveholm FF's Torbjörn Hansson. But to his dismay, Torbjörn Hansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After 64 minutes of play, Greveholm FF's Harry Blom made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niclas Galle was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Hansson in the 68th minute of play forced CheersIsland FC's goalkeeper Niclas Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes CheersIsland FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgar Sandberg who took care of the corner kick. If Freddie Rosendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stellan Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Galle having to interfere. In the 75th minute Stellan Vennerkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, CheersIsland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hansson came free, but Niclas Galle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Blom in the 82nd minute of play forced CheersIsland FC's goalkeeper Niclas Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lambis Maragos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Manuel González, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Greveholm FF's Lambis Maragos got control of the ball when Birger Vollander tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Birger Vollander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lambis Maragos. Birger Vollander showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the CheersIsland FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Greveholm FF.
