When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliodor Apăvăloaie made a kick off. Eliodor Apăvăloaie ran back to his position shaking his head. The Hudiksvalls United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonny Almqvist should have stopped the shot. RSC Öjaby's Oskar Bergström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonny Almqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Jönsson in the 84th minute of play forced RSC Öjaby's goalkeeper Magne Tingberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magne Tingberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robin Beck showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 85 minute of play. If Robin Beck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Hudiksvalls United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
