Ľubomír Demský ran back to his position shaking his head. Emanuel Billberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Olsmann in the 33rd minute of play. Mané Netto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörgen Juhlin in the 37th minute. Ola Andersson hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Vistabergs FF defense, Tommy Olsmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Billberg. The Vistabergs FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Billberg should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Vistabergs FF's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Olsmann came free, but Emanuel Billberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hising Island FC's Andrzej Czech got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birger Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Netto having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Finman couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the game, Nicolae Creangă recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Billberg. Nicolae Creangă showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Birger Termander's late challenge caught a Hising Island FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Birger Termander helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, Vistabergs FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Termander to maneuver through the defense. Hising Island FC played a much better game than Vistabergs FF and deserved their victory. The Vistabergs FF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
