To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, RSC Öjaby's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Ström came free, but Magne Tingberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes RSC Öjaby got a freekick which was hit by Jogaila Karoblis. In the 25th match minute, RSC Öjaby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Björklund to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Birger Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Tingberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
