The Blåränderna DIF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vykan Víkingsson should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Blåränderna DIF's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Skoglund came free, but Vykan Víkingsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrik Lindgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sonny Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Dinu Mihai hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Blåränderna DIF's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Lind came free, but Vykan Víkingsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens Tidéksson hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sixten Kellberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sonny Söderström. Strömnäs BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vykan Víkingsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Lind in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Lind in the 27th minute of play forced Blåränderna DIF's goalkeeper Vykan Víkingsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vykan Víkingsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Lind in the 28th minute of the match. If Christoffer Skoglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Blåränderna DIF's Vykan Víkingsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Skoglund in the 34th minute of play. Vykan Víkingsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Lind in the 39th minute of the match. When Sixten Kellberg fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blåränderna DIF's protests and gave Sixten Kellberg a yellow card for diving instead. Walter Lind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vykan Víkingsson having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Måns Wallin made a kick off. If Walter Lind had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walter Lind got free with Vykan Víkingsson in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vykan Víkingsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Sundberg hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Christoffer Skoglund came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Strömnäs BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Skoglund couldn't finish the play. The attack was good, but when Walter Lind in the 78th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Vykan Víkingsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Walter Lind showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 86 minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match, Walter Lind got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vykan Víkingsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Walter Lind could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Vykan Víkingsson made a huge save. After 95 minutes of play, Blåränderna DIF's Måns Wallin made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sonny Söderström was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Strömnäs BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Blåränderna DIF.
