FC Karpathos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korneliusz Pazura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Klagstorp's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Granberg came free, but Ma Bang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Klagstorp players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Karpathos were winning 0-4.

A hard shot 56 in the game by Viktor Gustavsson from a close distance when the talented Ma Bang managed to make a qualified save. Klagstorp's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, FC Karpathos's Gustav Granberg got a free kick in the 57th minute. Kjell-Arne Albäck hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Matthias Ström shot from long distance in the 59th minute, but Ma Bang was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 60th minute, Niclas Fastesson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ma Bang was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 65th minute, Niclas Fastesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, FC Karpathos's Niclas Fastesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ma Bang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, FC Karpathos's Matthias Ström got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ma Bang. In the 81st minute of the match, Niclas Fastesson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ma Bang was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Niclas Fastesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ma Bang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 minutes, Korneliusz Pazura made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Klagstorp's Ma Bang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, FC Karpathos's Korneliusz Pazura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ma Bang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded FC Karpathos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Klagstorp.
