A well-hit corner resulted in Carl Biörk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 10th minute Jens Björling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Skålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Jens Björling made a precise shot to the right of Magnus Skålberg. Eda FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tord Fors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tord Fors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Biörk in the 52nd minute of play. Magnus Skålberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tord Gustafsson in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Smurfarna had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
