The corner led Eda FF's Evert Eriksson to fire away a dangerous shot which Jaroslaw Rakowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Magnus Skålberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Pazura in the 8th minute of play. Magnus Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Gustavsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Stor Stakemann could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Jaroslaw Rakowski however easily saved by the left post. In the 13th minute Niclas Fastesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Skålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Gustavsson in the 14th minute of play forced Eda FF's goalkeeper Magnus Skålberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaroslaw Rakowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narcis Olăroiu in the 17th minute. With a little luck, FC Karpathos's Jaroslaw Rakowski got control of the ball when Stor Stakemann tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Eda FF booed when FC Karpathos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Makbul Tumbuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stor Stakemann to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, FC Karpathos's Niclas Fastesson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magnus Skålberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over FC Karpathos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Eda FF throughout the match.
