With a little luck, Murrespor's Mathias Wik got control of the ball when Ralph Carey-Bertram tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mathias Wik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Qvarnström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Wik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Qvarnström in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Aurelio Lano notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Murrespor's Mathias Wik. Mathias Wik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonard Qvarnström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Wik having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Ralph Carey-Bertram notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Murrespor's Mathias Wik. Mathias Wik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathias Wik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Qvarnström in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute, Växjö fc's Leonard Qvarnström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 31st minute, Elliot Dusett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iwan Fafinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 34 minutes into the game, Aurelio Lano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Mathias Wik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Murrespor's Jonas Bjurström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Bjurström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Murrespor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Bjurström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 41 played minutes Murrespor got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Bjurström. Aurelio Lano scored 6-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Wik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

The wind increased when Elliot Dusett made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 50 minutes, Aurelio Lano put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mathias Wik. Leonard Qvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mathias Wik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralph Carey-Bertram took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Wik. Mathias Wik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Elliot Dusett took a quick shot and it went in 8-2 without a chance for Iwan Fafinski to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Ralph Carey-Bertram ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathias Wik was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joacim Lindholm during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute, Joacim Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aurelio Lano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Ralph Carey-Bertram had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Wik. Murrespor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ralph Carey-Bertram was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-2. Nathan Le Dantec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Stolpe kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Leonard Qvarnström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Växjö fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Carey-Bertram in the 92nd minute of play forced Murrespor's goalkeeper Mathias Wik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Växjö fc were the better team. Växjö fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
