Snubbinhoz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Best in the 9th minute of play forced Snubbinhoz FC's goalkeeper Jörgen Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Pelagius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Joseph Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wigalf Lilleike stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Virtual Aces's zone, Stefan Lundgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Danielsson came out of the goal and Stefan Lundgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jörgen Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Best in the 52nd minute of play. John Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joseph Danielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Best in the 57th minute of play. George Best scored 1-4 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jörgen Askelöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jörgen Askelöf made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Denver Light sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that George Best's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörgen Askelöf was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. The Virtual Aces fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Virtual Aces's George Best looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Virtual Aces's Øystein Rullhøj was substituted for John Smed. In the 70th minute Wigalf Lilleike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörgen Askelöf had great luck who in the 71stth minute grab hold of the ball when Björn Wallin from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 73rd minute of the match Virtual Aces got a corner. Snubbinhoz FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Petersson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Virtual Aces booed when Snubbinhoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wigalf Lilleike didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf got control of the ball when Victor Petersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wigalf Lilleike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Snubbinhoz FC's goalkeeper Jörgen Askelöf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Björn Wallin. In the 78thth minute of the game Björn Wallin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joseph Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wigalf Lilleike in the 80th minute of play. With a little luck, Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf got control of the ball when Victor Petersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Björn Wallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörgen Askelöf was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Björn Wallin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-7 to the left of a surprised Jörgen Askelöf 90 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Björn Wallin in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörgen Askelöf saved Snubbinhoz FC from getting behind. In the 93rd match minute, Virtual Aces was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denver Light to maneuver through the defense.
