Spectators: 7663 (Terracing: 5748, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kent Ström got the match started through his kick off. Leif Fransson came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Järla IF's Alex Bokelund. But to his dismay, Alex Bokelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Järla IF fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Järla IF's Alex Bokelund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leif Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Thedin in the 10th minute of play. Oskar Sundén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattias Thedin in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leif Fransson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Goteborg's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Mineiro came free, but Leif Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Filip Ambjörnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goteborg and the Järla IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Goteborg getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Filip Ambjörnsson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Jan Kellbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Järla IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Kellbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leif Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leif Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Thedin in the 25th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Alex Bokelund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Leif Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 minutes of play, Järla IF's Mattias Thedin made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leif Fransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Mattias Thedin notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Goteborg's Leif Fransson. Leif Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the match, Alex Bokelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leif Fransson. Goteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Bokelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 42 minutes into the game, Järla IF's Mattias Thedin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leif Fransson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Mattias Thedin struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Leif Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Järla IF. The Goteborg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Järla IF were winning 0-7.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Bokelund made a kick off. Leif Fransson was a little too slow when Alex Bokelund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-8. 57 minutes into the game, Järla IF's Alex Bokelund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leif Fransson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. 61 minutes into the game, Mattias Thedin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Leif Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mattias Thedin took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leif Fransson. Leif Fransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. 73 minutes into the match, Alex Bokelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leif Fransson. Goteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Bokelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. The supporters of Järla IF booed when Goteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Sundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Alex Bokelund from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Leif Fransson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 78th play minute Ove Lång came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Leif Fransson. 0-14. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Bokelund in the 81st minute of play forced Goteborg's goalkeeper Leif Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Thedin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Leif Fransson made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Alex Bokelund took a quick shot and it went in 0-15 without a chance for Leif Fransson to make any attempt to save it. 91 minutes into the game, Järla IF's Mattias Thedin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leif Fransson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-16. The Goteborg fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Järla IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
