In the 2nd minute, Gylippus Galitsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, FC Köln's goal looked a bit too open when Ilcho Tomev came free, but Edvin Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilcho Tomev, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With his leg Edvin Olsson managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Weed4Life FC's Ilcho Tomev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Weed4Life FC's attack was well implemented in the 15th minute, but when Ilcho Tomev was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to Weed4Life FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Erland Håkansson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Köln's Bengt-Åke Vallmark got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gylippus Galitsis in the 25th minute of play forced Weed4Life FC's goalkeeper Björn Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Bengt-Åke Vallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Weed4Life FC's Björn Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gylippus Galitsis in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Köln's Louison Anquetil got a free kick in the 37th minute. 42 minutes into the game, FC Köln's Gylippus Galitsis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Björn Karlsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ilcho Tomev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daidalos Rigatos hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Gylippus Galitsis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Björn Karlsson. The goal made the score 0-3. Evert Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, FC Köln's goal looked a bit too open when Ilcho Tomev came free, but Edvin Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Bengt-Åke Vallmark dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Björn Karlsson, 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilcho Tomev in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Olsson saved FC Köln from getting behind. In the 71st minute Daidalos Rigatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilcho Tomev in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin Olsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Weed4Life FC's Björn Karlsson got control of the ball when Gylippus Galitsis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Björn Karlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Vallmark in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Weed4Life FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Michael Mager hit a great ball. Björn Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Åke Vallmark in the 90th minute of the match. Weed4Life FC's Björn Karlsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Weed4Life FC from getting a goal against them. The FC Köln players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
