The supporters of Halkus Valkus BK booed when Tekie-Taka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tekie-Taka's Oliver Uggstedt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th match minute, Halkus Valkus BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jakob Alberg in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jiří Grim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A well-hit corner resulted in Anders Berglund heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Usel in the 42nd minute of play forced Tekie-Taka's goalkeeper Lawrence Sammut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Malte Danielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tekie-Taka were furious when Anders Berglund was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Spirea, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 65th minute Malte Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Sammut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lawrence Sammut came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Halkus Valkus BK's Marc Beneth. But to his dismay, Marc Beneth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jiří Grim came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Tekie-Taka's Christer Lundberg. But to his dismay, Christer Lundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Tekie-Taka getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Carl Lund hit a great ball. Tekie-Taka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Halkus Valkus BK for a fine match.
