In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Weed4Life FC's goalkeeper Björn Karlsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tekie-Taka's Jakob Alberg in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Weed4Life FC's goalie prevented a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Weed4Life FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Lundberg came free, but Björn Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Evert Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Weed4Life FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Berggren couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Weed4Life FC's Ilcho Tomev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lawrence Sammut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lawrence Sammut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Berggren in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Weed4Life FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Jakob Alberg scored to the left of an out of position Björn Karlsson, making the score, 0-2. 55 minutes into the match, Ilcho Tomev notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tekie-Taka's Lawrence Sammut. Lawrence Sammut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dan Öberg hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Evert Berggren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilcho Tomev, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to Tekie-Taka getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Okan Yükselir hit a great ball. After 73 played minutes Tekie-Taka got a freekick which was hit by Christer Lundberg. 76 minutes into the match, Tekie-Taka's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Leizarraga came free, but Lawrence Sammut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björn Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Alberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Ilcho Tomev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lawrence Sammut. Tekie-Taka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilcho Tomev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 88 played minutes Weed4Life FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Leizarraga. In the 92nd minute, Jakob Alberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Jakob Alberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
