Spectators: 6904 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 125) Nicu Panaite started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Rosin in the 4th minute of play forced Sollebrunn IF's goalkeeper Dag Säfström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes Sollebrunn IF got a freekick which was hit by Olov Sundström. Dag Säfström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Rosin in the 7th minute of play. After 10 minutes Kvillinge FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicu Panaite who took care of the corner kick. Nicu Panaite made a great header on Sollebrunn IF's corner, it was just that Kvillinge FF's Luís Fernando do Vale managed to reach the ball for a save. Luís Fernando do Vale came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Sollebrunn IF's Nicu Panaite. But to his dismay, Nicu Panaite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fredrik Rosin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Dag Säfström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kvillinge FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Torgny Kvist in the 23rd minute. Torgny Kvist made a great header on Kvillinge FF's corner, it was just that Sollebrunn IF's Dag Säfström managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the match, Sollebrunn IF's goalkeeper Dag Säfström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Strömbom. Luís Fernando do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Rosin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 28thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Dag Säfström would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 33rd minute Kvillinge FF were awarded a corner. Torgny Kvist went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Torgny Kvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dag Säfström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jan-Ove Fagrell's late challenge caught a Kvillinge FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Ove Fagrell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sollebrunn IF's Jan-Ove Fagrell got a free kick in the 34th minute. Olov Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fredrik Rosin made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Kvillinge FF got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Rosin. If Nicu Panaite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sollebrunn IF's Dag Säfström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Rosin in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match, Kaj Bengtsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luís Fernando do Vale saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luís Fernando do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicu Panaite in the 68th minute. Dag Säfström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Strömbom in the 71st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Rosin in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dag Säfström saved Sollebrunn IF from getting behind. Johannes Odman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Säfström having to interfere. The supporters of Sollebrunn IF booed when Kvillinge FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kvillinge FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! Luís Fernando do Vale made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Nicu Panaite sent off a good shot on target. 97 minutes in the game, Kaj Bengtsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luís Fernando do Vale having to interfere. The Sollebrunn IF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
