The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Öllsjö FC's Erivaldo Netto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Öllsjö FC from getting a goal against them. Grégoire Gentenaar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Massa's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Håverud's goalkeeper Grégoire Gentenaar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Håverud got a freekick which was hit by Yngve Nyman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Massa in the 36th minute of play forced Håverud's goalkeeper Grégoire Gentenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Algot Odin charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Algot Odin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Algot Odin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Erivaldo Netto made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ingvar Fristedt sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Öllsjö FC's Adriano Massa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grégoire Gentenaar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Håverud booed when Öllsjö FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Sigman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Gardocki got free with Erivaldo Netto in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Adriano Massa made the kick off in the second half. Adriano Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Öllsjö FC made a substitution. Jan-Ove Jernberg replaced Algot Odin. Erivaldo Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Naredi, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Grégoire Gentenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Massa in the 66th minute of play. Grégoire Gentenaar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 70th match minute, Öllsjö FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Seber to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Adriano Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grégoire Gentenaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Massa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grégoire Gentenaar. That made the score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Öllsjö FC's Arnaldo Seber got a free kick in the 74th minute. Edgar Fors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Åke Sigman fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Öllsjö FC's protests and gave Åke Sigman a yellow card for diving instead. Åke Sigman kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Erivaldo Netto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zula Gardocki's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Åke Håkansson during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute Adriano Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grégoire Gentenaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Adriano Massa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Öllsjö FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Zula Gardocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Netto having to interfere. The Håverud supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Öllsjö FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Öllsjö FC.
