Kennet Bolander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Henry Westerberg made a huge save. In the 5th play minute Isak Ekström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henry Westerberg. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Mattias Ek put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Henry Westerberg. Megers Lärjungar's Henry Westerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Ek in the 11th minute of play. Robin Kristiansson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kennet Bolander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Westerberg having to interfere. Henry Westerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Megers Lärjungar's Henry Westerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Ek in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Joacim Hedvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Östra Frölunda's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Hedvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Westerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Mattias Ek made a precise shot to the right of Henry Westerberg. Megers Lärjungar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. With 44 minutes on the clock, Martin Bäcklin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 43 minutes into the game, one of Megers Lärjungar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The Östra Frölunda fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Östra Frölunda's Mattias Ek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Megers Lärjungar's zone, Joacim Hedvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Westerberg came out of the goal and Joacim Hedvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Folke Wallman made a precise shot to the right of Henry Westerberg. Megers Lärjungar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After 60 minutes of play, Östra Frölunda's Jan Gerdberg made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Westerberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute Jan Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Westerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Gerdberg scored 10-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Westerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joacim Hedvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Westerberg having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Mattias Ek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Henry Westerberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kennet Bolander scored 12-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Westerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Joacim Hedvall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henry Westerberg. Megers Lärjungar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joacim Hedvall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Henry Westerberg came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Östra Frölunda's Jan Gerdberg. But to his dismay, Jan Gerdberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Henry Westerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kennet Bolander in the 86th minute of play. Megers Lärjungar's Henry Westerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Ek in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Kennet Bolander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mattias Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Henry Westerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Jan Gerdberg made a precise shot to the right of Henry Westerberg. Megers Lärjungar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 15-0.
