In the 84th minute Jonathan Sillén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Lövgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gullaboås IF's Evert Lövgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sillén in the 85th minute of play. Evert Lövgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Folke Melin in the 87th minute. Albert Andberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Evert Lövgren made a huge save. After 92 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Högberg. When the final whistle sounded Pauliström left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gullaboås IF.
