The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sven-Oskar Bröms might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adrian Wennerström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Oskar Bröms ran back to his position shaking his head. Adrian Wennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Bröms, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Sven-Oskar Bröms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Wennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Anfield Road getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Karl-Axel Telin hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, FC BOSNA's goalkeeper Baldomero Sengrat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hannes Hedström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Wennerström saved Anfield Road from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 21st minute of play forced Anfield Road's goalkeeper Adrian Wennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Bergström in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Wennerström saved Anfield Road from getting behind. FC BOSNA's Baldomero Sengrat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FC BOSNA from getting a goal against them. If Sven-Oskar Bröms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adrian Wennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Anfield Road booed when FC BOSNA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Ålberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 36th minute of play forced Anfield Road's goalkeeper Adrian Wennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Oskar Bröms blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Wennerström having to make a save. 46 minutes into the match, Anfield Road's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Bergström came free, but Adrian Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half FC BOSNA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johannes Kilman to strike the kick off in the second half. Anfield Road's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Freddie Albäck scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Wennerström, making the score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Albäck in the 58th minute of play forced Anfield Road's goalkeeper Adrian Wennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, FC BOSNA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Albäck to maneuver through the defense. Mattias Snell struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Baldomero Sengrat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anfield Road. Adrian Wennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Kilman in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Kilman got free with Adrian Wennerström in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Wennerström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Oskar Bröms, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Sven-Oskar Bröms notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Anfield Road's Adrian Wennerström. Adrian Wennerström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johannes Kilman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adrian Wennerström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 74th minute of play forced Anfield Road's goalkeeper Adrian Wennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Freddie Albäck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Wennerström. Anfield Road's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddie Albäck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 79th match minute, Anfield Road was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Thorsberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Kilman got free with Adrian Wennerström in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anfield Road's Adrian Wennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddie Albäck in the 86th minute of play. Freddie Albäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93 played minutes Anfield Road got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Snell. Adrian Wennerström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Bröms in the 94th minute of the match. Tim Tholsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Adrian Wennerström made a huge save. The Anfield Road fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC BOSNA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
