But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Brosio couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Arne Bronco made a precise shot to the right of Matthias Sigman. Rinia IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jan-Olof Göransson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edward Engström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Laureano Beliran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthias Sigman having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Alvarenga in the 16th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Edward Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes, Gunnar Tunström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rinia IF and the Joxa mé trasan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Gunnar Tunström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes Joxa mé trasan got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Beliran. After having played for 23 minutes, Valdo Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinia IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Beliran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthias Sigman having to make a save. Bror Siöman's late challenge caught a Joxa mé trasan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bror Siöman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Rinia IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bror Siöman to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Alvarenga in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Engström saved Joxa mé trasan from getting behind. In the 36th match minute, Rinia IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bror Siöman to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström got control of the ball when Jan-Olof Göransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Laureano Beliran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Sigman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Matthias Sigman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Bronco, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Matthias Sigman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Beliran in the 44th minute of play. Edward Engström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Brosio in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Laureano Beliran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Matthias Sigman made a huge save. Edward Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Rinia IF got a corner. Joxa mé trasan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gunnar Fristedt ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Rinia IF's Ian Hellström got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Beliran to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Lange during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Joxa mé trasan getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gabriel Lange hit a great ball. Jan-Olof Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Olof Göransson in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Bror Siöman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes Joxa mé trasan got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Kruuse. Matthias Sigman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Beliran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes of play Joxa mé trasan's Gabriel Lange was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Gabriel Lange hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Valdo Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Edward Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joxa mé trasan played a much better game than Rinia IF and deserved their victory. The Rinia IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
