Rinia IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Börje Jelm struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Matthias Sigman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porjus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Termander in the 19th minute of play forced Rinia IF's goalkeeper Matthias Sigman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Sigman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Termander, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Matthias Sigman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vilgot Apelqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matthias Sigman came out and tried to block the shot, but Vilgot Apelqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Rinia IF's Matthias Sigman got control of the ball when Georg Termander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthias Sigman made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Georg Termander sent off a good shot on target. Matthias Sigman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Isaksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Rinia IF's Matthias Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Odman in the 83rd minute of play. Matthias Sigman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Termander in the 86th minute of play. Karl Åhlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Porjus fully deserved thier win.
