Medelpad U21's Karl-Magnus Strömqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Medelpad U21 from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, La vecchia signora's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Helander came free, but Gustaf Skräddare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Åke Helander in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Skräddare saved La vecchia signora from getting behind. Dominguez Codony could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Quico Head's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustaf Skräddare was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Medelpad U21's Karl-Magnus Strömqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Medelpad U21 from getting a goal against them. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Andberg in the 24th minute of play. Gustaf Skräddare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quico Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Medelpad U21's corner Manny Gol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustaf Skräddare quite easily take care of the ball. With an all-out effort, La vecchia signora's Karl-Magnus Strömqvist threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eldad Te Vrede, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dominguez Codony's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. 40 minutes into the match, Ernst Andberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl-Magnus Strömqvist, 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, Medelpad U21's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Strömqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominguez Codony. Dominguez Codony could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist made a huge save. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Andberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, La vecchia signora's Dominguez Codony ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl-Magnus Strömqvist. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quico Head to make the kick off. The supporters of Medelpad U21 booed when La vecchia signora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Wallman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd match minute, Medelpad U21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Jonsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute Dominguez Codony shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eldad Te Vrede, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Medelpad U21's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Andberg came free, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Andberg in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Magnus Strömqvist saved Medelpad U21 from getting behind. Medelpad U21's Karl-Magnus Strömqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Andberg in the 74th minute of play. Graham Boss took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Magnus Strömqvist. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 81st minute, Dominguez Codony left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La vecchia signora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 86 minutes into the match, Medelpad U21's goal looked a bit too open when Dominguez Codony came free, but Karl-Magnus Strömqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Medelpad U21's Karl-Magnus Strömqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominguez Codony in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, La vecchia signora's Ernst Andberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 93 minutes into the game, Norbert Puzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Medelpad U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La vecchia signora the free kick. Karl-Magnus Strömqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominguez Codony in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La vecchia signora had played much better football throughout.
