The Bräcke ff fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. João Mira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Michael Granberg having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Troja's Jörgen Lennartsson threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Simon Grubb, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. João Mira struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Karl-Michael Granberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bräcke ff. Bräcke ff's Jörgen Lennartsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Bräcke ff from getting a goal against them. In the 21st match minute, Troja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Grubb to maneuver through the defense. João Mira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, João Mira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, João Mira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bräcke ff's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Mira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Mira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute João Mira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Granberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Izydor Wieloch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If João Mira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Mira in the 47th minute of play forced Troja's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Bräcke ff were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Mira made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Bräcke ff was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petter Jönsson to maneuver through the defense. João Mira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Karl-Michael Granberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
