Fred Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludvig Hasselqvist went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Ljungdalen getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Matthias Månsson hit a great ball. Fred Fredriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Beckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ludvig Hasselqvist took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fred Fredriksson. Fred Fredriksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute, André Alström made a precise shot to the right of Fred Fredriksson. Ljungdalen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Fred Fredriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stellan Bolin in the 21st minute of the match. Frövägen Hotspurs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valdemar Beckström in the 23rd minute. Karl-Axel Brask hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match, Christopher Alén tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 28th minute, Stellan Bolin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frövägen Hotspurs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Fred Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Lidman in the 33rd minute of play. André Alström struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Fred Fredriksson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frövägen Hotspurs. In the 36th minute Stellan Bolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ljungdalen's Melker Deckbergh got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Alström in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Fredriksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes into the match, Ljungdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Bolin came free, but Fred Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stellan Bolin was the one to do the kick off. Stellan Bolin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Fred Fredriksson 53 minutes into the match. Fred Fredriksson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olof Åberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 57 minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Ljungdalen's goalkeeper Fred Fredriksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Alström. Fred Fredriksson was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Torsten Lidman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Lidman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. 0-8 became the score in the 69th minute when Stellan Bolin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Hasselqvist in the 76th minute of play forced Ljungdalen's goalkeeper Fred Fredriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stellan Bolin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Fredriksson having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Stellan Bolin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Fred Fredriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gösta Wästerberg hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ljungdalen's Fred Fredriksson got control of the ball when Herman Ekerot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Malte Thorsberg's late challenge caught a Frövägen Hotspurs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Thorsberg helped the player get up and apologised. Malte Thorsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungdalen's zone, Valdemar Beckström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Fredriksson came out of the goal and Valdemar Beckström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, Frövägen Hotspurs's Ludvig Hasselqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fred Fredriksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Torsten Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Fredriksson having to interfere.
