Tomas Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Håkan Viklund got a free kick in the 4th minute. Kenneth Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Bolin in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match Frövägen Hotspurs got a corner. Bloodthirsty FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdemar Beckström ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Frövägen Hotspurs's corner Valdemar Beckström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kenneth Biörkquist quite easily take care of the ball. Stellan Bolin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Kenneth Biörkquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nils Lidström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Frövägen Hotspurs's zone, Sakarias Ahlroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt came out of the goal and Sakarias Ahlroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Ludvig Hasselqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kenneth Biörkquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 26 minutes of play, Bloodthirsty FC's Nils Lidström made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, Stellan Bolin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist. Kenneth Biörkquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute Stellan Bolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Svante Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bloodthirsty FC's Svante Petersson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt. Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Kenneth Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Bolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd match minute, Frövägen Hotspurs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Ekerot to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Svante Petersson got a free kick in the 64th minute. Bloodthirsty FC's Sakarias Ahlroth got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Frövägen Hotspurs booed when Bloodthirsty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Felin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sakarias Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kenneth Biörkquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludvig Hasselqvist in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Svante Petersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bloodthirsty FC's Elliott Bennet was substituted for Edvin Kullander. Sakarias Ahlroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olof Västerberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Åke Qvalfeldt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olof Västerberg ran back to his position shaking his head.
