In the 6th minute, Paul Theissen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blågula BollAtleter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Giacomo Casanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game Paul Theissen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Boys's Johan Lööf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 minutes Blågula BollAtleter's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bernt Hedling who took care of the corner kick. Jarl Bröms got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 24th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. After 29 played minutes Blågula BollAtleter got a freekick which was hit by Roger Grep. Blågula BollAtleter's Tom Vandendriessche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Blågula BollAtleter from getting a goal against them. Giacomo Casanova could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Tom Vandendriessche made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giacomo Casanova in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Vandendriessche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henric Vallander got free with Tom Vandendriessche in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute, Roger Grep got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, Paul Theissen made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. La Boys's Johan Lööf tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Giacomo Casanova made the kick off in the second half. Tom Vandendriessche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giacomo Casanova, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fritz Högberg hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Tom Vandendriessche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Hedling in the 59th minute of the match. Bernt Hedling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Vandendriessche having to interfere. Tom Vandendriessche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giacomo Casanova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Boys's Johan Lööf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Theissen in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Blågula BollAtleter's goalkeeper Tom Vandendriessche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Giacomo Casanova took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tom Vandendriessche. Tom Vandendriessche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. A hard shot 75 in the game by Paul Theissen from a close distance when the talented Johan Lööf managed to make a qualified save. La Boys's players were relieved. After 77 played minutes La Boys got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Hake. 77 minutes into the match, Blågula BollAtleter's Tomas Biörling broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 79th match minute, La Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Bröms to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Henry Bergkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blågula BollAtleter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Bergkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Andrew Tate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Jarl Bröms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Vandendriessche having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blågula BollAtleter walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
