In the 4th minute Juventus FC were awarded a corner. Nils Marques III went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Juventus FC's Henning Fransson to fire away a dangerous shot which Keefe Paulsen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 6th match minute, Juventus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Daniel Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Lindkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Kinell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jörgen Lindkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Martínez in the 16th minute of play forced Juventus FC's goalkeeper Jörgen Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörgen Lindkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Martínez in the 18th minute of the match. Marcus Kinell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jörgen Lindkvist made a huge save. BK Forward were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Juventus FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ulf Lövkvist took the corner. BK Forward's Ulf Lövkvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jörgen Lindkvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 24 minutes into the match, BK Forward's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Marques III came free, but Keefe Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörgen Lindkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Martínez, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Marcus Kinell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, BK Forward's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Pihlgren came free, but Keefe Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keefe Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Pihlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Juventus FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Daniel Martínez scored to the left of an out of position Jörgen Lindkvist, making the score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nils Marques III to strike the kick off in the second half. Jörgen Lindkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Kinell, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, BK Forward's Albert Hasselqvist got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 61st match minute, BK Forward was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Martínez struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Jörgen Lindkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Forward. After 83 minutes, Richard Jansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Forward and the Juventus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes BK Forward got a freekick which was hit by Richard Jansson. Keefe Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Pihlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
