The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gandalf Grigio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Douglas Dahlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by 宋诚弘 in the 7th minute. Gottfrid Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Stabbe in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes Ekhagens IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gandalf Grigio who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute Leonardo Stabbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gottfrid Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Stabbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Gottfrid Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Stabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17thth minute of the game Leonardo Stabbe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ekhagens IF's Gottfrid Gunnarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Stabbe in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gottfrid Gunnarsson saved Ekhagens IF from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, Håkan Lindberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ekhagens IF's Christer Salqvist quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 19 minutes into the match, Team Torpa's goalkeeper Douglas Dahlberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christer Salqvist. Douglas Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Numan Tayguner in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Numan Tayguner notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Team Torpa's Douglas Dahlberg. Douglas Dahlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 minutes Ekhagens IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gandalf Grigio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Team Torpa's corner Gandalf Grigio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gottfrid Gunnarsson quite easily take care of the ball. Gandalf Grigio scored 1-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gottfrid Gunnarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ekhagens IF's goalkeeper Gottfrid Gunnarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gandalf Grigio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Team Torpa's Egon Adelsköld got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Nils Säv sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Team Torpa's Douglas Dahlberg didn't even have to move. In the 57th minute Gandalf Grigio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Team Torpa's Douglas Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Löfgren in the 63rd minute of play. Gottfrid Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gandalf Grigio in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Johannes Norberg made a precise shot to the right of Gottfrid Gunnarsson. Ekhagens IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Ekhagens IF's Gottfrid Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Ekhagens IF from getting a goal against them. Gottfrid Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Stanny Van Gysel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Isaac Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Dahlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Team Torpa getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Stanny Van Gysel hit a great ball. When Gandalf Grigio got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Gottfrid Gunnarsson was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gandalf Grigio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Gunnarsson having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gandalf Grigio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gottfrid Gunnarsson was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Team Torpa were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Ekhagens IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gandalf Grigio took the corner. After a rather tough play, Team Torpa's Bo Alegren got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The audience was convinced that Gandalf Grigio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gottfrid Gunnarsson was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
