When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Pacorro Sisquella took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Adilson do Vale to make any attempt to save it. The Klubben fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tage Lööf should have stopped the shot. Iwan Januszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Adilson do Vale made a huge save. Klubben were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Al-Slottshöjden's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iwan Januszewski took the corner. The corner led to Klubben's Chu Pank getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 38th minute Reggie Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tage Lööf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Klubben players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Al-Slottshöjden were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iwan Januszewski made a kick off.
