Eugen Mantoiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amir Sianturi having to make a save. Dennis Lindberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Valladares in the 8th minute of the match. When Gunnar Nyman came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Galapagos Islands FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunnar Nyman couldn't finish the play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Zander in the 20th minute of play forced Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Dennis Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Arsenal CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Bal to maneuver through the defense. Amir Sianturi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgün Hatip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Galapagos Islands FC's Eugen Mantoiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 35th minute Eugen Mantoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amir Sianturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Eugen Mantoiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amir Sianturi. Arsenal CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugen Mantoiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Özgün Hatip made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Özgün Hatip managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galapagos Islands FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özgün Hatip was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Özgün Hatip struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Amir Sianturi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galapagos Islands FC. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal CF's goalkeeper Amir Sianturi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boris Marsac kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Arsenal CF getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Yavuz Bal hit a great ball. Amir Sianturi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Damm hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute Thomas Sundling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amir Sianturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Arsenal CF's goalkeeper Amir Sianturi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Sundling. If Thomas Sundling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Niklas Möller recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amir Sianturi. Niklas Möller showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal CF's goalkeeper Amir Sianturi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arsenal CF! When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Galapagos Islands FC's Niklas Möller got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Amir Sianturi. When Galapagos Islands FC's Gunnar Nyman in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arsenal CF's goalie prevented a goal. Edgar Palmquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Lindberg having to interfere. Amir Sianturi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Sundling, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Galapagos Islands FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arsenal CF.
