Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Preator Edikt from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Petersson in the 16th minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Jan Pihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Malte Petersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Pihlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Tătaru in the 25th minute of play forced Heps BK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Vennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Petersson during the 30th minute. In the 46thth minute of the game Michael Stor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Heps BK's Vilhelm Vennerström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Preator Edikt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Gustavo Barbosa in the 49th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Heps BK's goalie and right to Kenneth Björnberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Heps BK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrik Hellsing was the one to do the kick off. Michael Stor in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vilhelm Vennerström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Preator Edikt's Gösta Alrot was substituted for Lars Karlsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Stor in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilhelm Vennerström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arne Wassenius hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Heps BK's Vilhelm Vennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Stor in the 91st minute of play. Vilhelm Vennerström was a little too slow when Michael Stor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-1. Despite being the better team, Preator Edikt failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
