Spectators: 7974 (Terracing: 5982, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) Patrik Hellsing started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Heps BK's Ragnar Beckeman got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Emil Enegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Vennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conny Ek made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Leonardo Lövgren. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Buach Byrne successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Buach Byrne made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Patrik Hellsing sent off a good shot on target. Vilhelm Vennerström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timmy Linberg's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Timmy Linberg spun around in front of the goal 24 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Heps BK's goal. Vilhelm Vennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Enegren in the 26th minute of play. After 30 minutes FC St. Pauli's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ragnar Beckeman who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Heps BK's Leonardo Lövgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Buach Byrne despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, FC St. Pauli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. Vilhelm Vennerström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Enegren's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Vilhelm Vennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Linberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Boris Ahlrot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vilhelm Vennerström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th minute, Timmy Linberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timmy Linberg made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Linberg got free with Vilhelm Vennerström in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute, Timmy Linberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Buach Byrne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Hellsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Patrik Hellsing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heps BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Emil Enegren struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vilhelm Vennerström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC St. Pauli. Vilhelm Vennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Enegren in the 62nd minute of play. When Timmy Linberg came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC St. Pauli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timmy Linberg couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heps BK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Vennerström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, FC St. Pauli's Emil Enegren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilhelm Vennerström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Heps BK made a substitution. Kjell-Arne Sjödin replaced Leonardo Lövgren. A collision led to Heps BK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ragnar Beckeman hit a great ball. Boris Ahlrot, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 78 played minutes Heps BK got a freekick which was hit by Conny Ek. 86 minutes in the game Conny Ek did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kjell-Arne Sjödin. With a little luck, Heps BK's Vilhelm Vennerström got control of the ball when Timmy Linberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjell-Arne Sjödin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Heps BK got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Beckeman. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC St. Pauli had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
