Sven Göransson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but André Nordmark made a huge save. Bänknötarnas BK's Kurt Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Fagrell in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Henrik Löv made a precise shot to the right of Kurt Björk. Bänknötarnas BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 94 minutes of play Bänknötarnas BK's Kent Gunnarsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. FC Blueskatterna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
